We had purchased our first condo with Sarah Elengorn and her team back in 2020. This was our first real estate purchase outside of the US and we were so nervous about buying a property sight unseen, but she made the process so easy and smooth for us. Since we were not there in person, she did a video tour to thoroughly show us the unit and we were able to purchase it remotely without any issues. Since then, we had purchased two more condos around Zona Romantica with her and her team. And continue to look for real estate opportunities in Puerto Vallarta with her to this day. Our experience with Elengorn Reators was top notch!  Sarah and her team helped us with both sides - selling and buying a property.  After conducting our own due diligence and interviewing five other realtors we were so glad that we chose Elengorn Realtors.  The team helped us establish a price point that made our selling property very attractive and sold quickly.  The team helped us navigate the particulars of selling a property in Mexico with great ease.  That is very important, because the process is extremely different from what we had experienced in the US.  Their guidance saved us a lot of money.

Sarah was the only realtor who asked us what we wanted in our next home.  She listened to us and had the perfect house that checked all the boxes.  While it was great to have another property awaiting us, there were details that had to be negotiated and put into writing.  Once again, Sarah and her team, made the impossible possible.  We closed on the selling property on one day and within less than a week we closed on our new home.
